Identifying each person’s interests, skills and conditions for success, relating these to the workplace, then creating a job role that works for the employee and benefits their employer. It’s a recipe for success.

This 3-part webinar series provides an overview of the steps to take to support a person into a Customised Employment role.

Sessions:

  • Session 1, Thursday 17 September: Discovery - Identifying the person’s interests, contributions and conditions for success
  • Session 2, Thursday 1 October: Job Development - Creating individualised job roles
  • Session 3, Thursday 15 October: Onsite Job Support - Strategies for ongoing success for the employee and the employer

 All sessions are 12pm to 1pm, NSW time
