Discovery starts with the notion that everyone can work. The process looks deeply into who a person is and what they can contribute to a work environment. Specifically, Discovery focuses on three main areas: a person’s interests, contributions and conditions for success. Undertaking the Discovery Process for a person with disability can help improve their chances of finding real, meaningful work. Come along to learn more!

Family members of a person with disability, professionals engaged in supporting people with disability to find work, allies of people with disability.

The School to Work Project aims to inspire and equip students with disability, through the support of families, to actively secure jobs and pursue careers.
