What is School to work?
School to Work aims to inspire and equip students with disability, through the support of families, to seek meaningful, paid employment in the community.
Who is this workshop for?
Parents, family members, educators and allies of students with disability at secondary school.
Family guest speaker - Vannessa Shearman
Vannessa is a parent from Bathurst NSW. Vannessa will share her son Josh's experience in volunteer and paid work, including his microenterprise JLS Mail Link.
Cost: $35 for students and families and $50 for professionals
No. This is a comprehensive workshop that is normally presented over a full day.

Yes. The workshop will include 'breakout rooms' to talk with other parents, brainstorm ideas and share your experiences of finding work for your secondary student with disability.
Yes. You don't need to have your camera on, and you can come and go as you please. We understand that there can be lots of things to juggle at the moment.
Yes. We recommend you attend both parts because they cover different topics.
Yes, a replay will be available, but only to people who register. The replay will be available for 14 days, so you can watch or rewatch the webinar at your convenience.
